What is the minimum order?

Just 12 packs, with tiers that fall steeply for restaurant groups, clinic networks and attraction programmes. Standing runs get their spec held on file from the first order.

How fast will my crayons arrive?

Accepted Answer

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and orders ship in about 2 weeks, express available. Moulded shapes take longer because tooling has to be cut, and we will say which stage costs the days rather than quoting a hopeful date.

Question 3

Are they safe for young children?

Accepted Answer

Runs are supplied against the children’s art-material safety standard required in the market they ship to, with the conformance statement printed on the pack — and we ask which territory you are selling into before we quote, because the requirement is not the same everywhere. We will not make a blanket claim that covers every market, because no honest supplier can.

Why do cheap crayons colour so faintly?

The wax blend. A hard, filler-heavy formulation lays down pale colour and drags on paper regardless of how hard it is pressed, and the same hardness makes it brittle. Laydown and break resistance are specifications, so we state them and let you compare quotes on something real.

Question 5

Why are toddler crayons so thick?

Accepted Answer

Because very young children hold a crayon in a whole fist and apply force through a short lever, which snaps a standard barrel — and a snapped tip is a small part in a room where everything goes in a mouth. Jumbo, egg and palm shapes resist that and refuse to roll off the table.

Where does our branding go?

Accepted Answer

On the paper wrap for standard crayons, which is a better surface than people expect because the object sits on a table in front of somebody for a whole meal. On moulded shapes there is no wrap, so branding moves to the box or sleeve — and we say so before the tooling is cut, not after.

Question 7

Is a boxed set worth the extra cost?

Accepted Answer

Only when it is genuinely a gift: a museum shop line, a party favour, a family welcome pack. For a restaurant table it is money spent on something that goes in the bin with the placemat, and we will tell you that rather than sell you the upgrade.

Do you make pencils, markers or paints?

Accepted Answer

No — each is its own craft with its own specialists, and pencils in particular are a completely different manufacturing problem. We make crayons, and we point every other brief honestly at the right door.
